It’s no secret that a conscience can sometimes be a pest
It’s no secret...
Developer Rendahl “Ren” Weishar believes that the '80s is far more than a mere decade, but a legitimate lifestyle choice.
Originally from the hills surrounding south Eugene, Ren has spent most of his life in the Eugene area. Always the pragmatist, Ren decided to attend the University of Oregon without even thinking about other schools. He went on to graduate with a degree in Computer Information Science.
After graduating, Ren moved to the Portland area with a long-time friend from Eugene. In Portland, he honed his skills working for a startup SaaS company specializing in social media. It was there that he cut his teeth in the faced-paced, make it or break it, fly by the seat of your pants environment of a startup.
Ren joined Lunar Logic in June 2010 after deciding to return to Eugene citing many reasons including there were too many “Beavs” and “Husks” in Portland. Since then, he has worked on many different projects at Lunar Logic from single purpose portal sites to fully fledged multi-tiered web applications. He continually leverages his startup experience to create unique solutions for unconventional problems.
Ren currently nests in Eugene though he plans to move back to the hinterland in the not so distant future. He mainly enjoys Eugene's unique restaurants and proximity to the coast, mountains, lakes and streams. On a good day, you might find him cruising around in his convertible Mustang Cobra listening to 80s thrash metal. Don't be alarmed: He is one of us.
