Ian Poss, Developer

Developer Ian Poss, is a renaissance man who has a strong fondness for hats and roosters.

Ian was raised bi-lingual in Los Angeles, CA and would return to Czech each year to visit family.  He was captivated by language, culture, and programming at a young age.  He has lived in Portland and Seattle as well, but the luster of the programming with people as good-looking as the team at Lunar, drew him to Eugene.

Ian is an experienced Drupal programmer who specializes in the diverse arena of faceted search, e-commerce, and inventory integrations.  He has developed ingenious solutions and short-cuts that save the client time and money.

He is also versed in music as many programmer are, and spent 6 years in private piano lessons and performances.  We've thought about bringing in a baby-grand for him, but then we'd have to get rid of servers to make room and that's not gonna happen.  He was also very involved in soccer, but was eventually more interested in what he calls the unique activity of skating.  He has since become a top-tier level skater and recently won a competition in Prague.
