How do I update my site?
This is a great question. Most of the sites we build are designed in a technology that comes with a Content Management System- a way for you to log in to the site and update images, text and more—that we teach you how to use. Sometimes, our clients don't have the staff to maintain a site themselves, in which case we can help maintain the site with updates if needed.
Can my site tie into my database?
This really depends on the type of database you want to integrate with your site. We can integrate with most systems, however there are a few databases that are proprietary and won't allow a website to interact with them. We would need to evaluate your database technology and then determine possible solutions for you.
Can my site tie into my accounting system?
Yes. This is a common request and very important to most businesses for accurate inventory and accounting.
Do you offer hosting?
We don't, because there are so many companies that do a much better job of it than we could. We buy almost everything locally, but this is one of the few things that we suggest you purchase out of the area. Also, it's important to note that your hosting and your website technology should not be dependent on one another. You should be able to host your site wherever you want. We can make a recommendation of hosting companies. Most of these companies cost less than $50 a month.
How do I make my site more secure?
This is another important question. There are a variety of ways to make your site more secure. There are also security standards that must be maintained on the web that vary by industry. We would evaluate the types of security needs you have and then make a recommendation based on your concerns.
Do you offer support for our website?
Yes. Just because your site is live on the Internet doesn't mean that it's done. You'll have changes you'll want to make, questions, and new ideas. We offer support contracts for every client and have a technical support staff in house.
Do I have to have Social Media?

How do I come up in search engines?
Lots of companies will promise that they'll get you on the first page of google for a nominal fee. Buyer be ware. We do not specialize in search engine optimization. What we do provide is information so you can make the right decision for your business. This means that we help you determine what terms consumers are using to search with in your industry and then make suggestions to you on how to best use this information. Typically, we have found that content is king.
Do you subcontract our site?
No, we have programmers, web developers, and designers that are our employees that specialize in different technologies.
Do you do e-commerce sites?
Yes. E-commerce is diverse term and can mean anything from signing up for training courses online to buying products. There are a number of solutions that we provide for e-commerce.
